USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, but that can delay receiving your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders include a tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Shipments take 7-10 business days to arrive.
International take 7-21 business days.
We will contact you if your order gets delayed.
What type of payments do you accept?
All our payments are run through paypal. Paypal accounts, and all major credit cards are accepted.
How do I use a discount code?
During checkout there is a place to enter discount codes.
Damaged Items/ Incorrect Order Packing
If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo and a copy of your invoice. If we send you the wrong item/size we will replace it free of charge. To exchange sizes please contact us for a return authorization and instructions.
What if my item isn't delivered?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/replacement if you move or enter your address incorrectly. However send us an email, sometimes packages are returned by the postal service as "not deliverable" often you enter an invalid address or you move. If your package gets lost the best option is to contact the postal service and provide your tracking number. All packages come with a base $50 worth of insurance. Contact USPS to file a lost package claim, they should reimburse you for the order cost.
If the postal service returns a package to us, we will make an attempt to contact you. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay a shipping fee.
